Because of You

I designed this layout as a ode to my son to thank him for giving me the best gift in the world: the gift of being a mother.
I used Nadia’s sketch from Once Upon a Sketch and journaled about how happy I was when I became a mother for the first time.
I used these amazing papers by 7 Dots Studios. I combined 2 collections: Dreamer and Wonderland. For my journaling, I hid an envelope behind the layout and I was able to get the string across from the other side to tie it.
here is the journaling:

“After we got married, we wanted to have a child very badly but no matter what we tried, conceiving a child was not in our fate. We decided to adopt a child in the year 2000 and when we met you in July 2001, it was the happiest day of our lives. Because of you I am a mother. Because of you my heart and soul rejoiced. Because of you I have the best job in the world. Being your mom is a privileged that G-d granted me and I cherished every day for that miracle. You are my miracle. You are my salvation like your name says. You were given to me by G-d and I thank him every day for giving me you. You are so special in so many ways. I love you with my heart and soul”
