This past Sunday I attended a Shower for this bride to be above. This cute and loving couple is a very good family friend and they are getting married in a couple of months.
I thought it befitting to make them a framed layout for their new home. I figured they could always get another pot or pan but this type of gift lasts a lifetime!!
I borrowed one of their beautiful pictures and framed it in a 2 Crafty 6×4 Frame. I painted the frame and then stamped it in a crackle stamp.
I used this beautiful Forget-me-not collection from Kaisercraft which I’ve had sitting in my stash for a couple of months. I thought it matched the picture perfectly as this photo was taken in some tropical island down in the Caribbean.
As you can see, I used very few materials as I tried to keep the layout as simple as possible, so that the picture stands out!!
I used Saturday March sketch #2 from the Kaisercraft blog as inspiration.
Materials:
Papers: Kaisercraft Forget-me-not
Chipboard frame: 2 Crafty
Flower: Prima
Martha Stewart Punch
Thanks so much for visiting my blog!!
I will toast to this happy couple to have much health and happiness in their lives and love in their hearts!
To Love!! Cheers!
