Beautiful pot
Color: Blue, Size: 6.4-Quart - Deep
I was a little bit skeptical buying a large Dutch oven at this price point, when the well known brand (that I won't name here) sell for at least 5x the cost. Ive never owned one at all, so unable to compare apples to apples.
- Color and finish look great. Even better in person than the photos.
- Its hefty. I was expecting it to be heavy, since last iron, but it feels like it is robust.
- Cooking with it has been great so far - sautƩ veggies, add liquid and rice for fantastic Spanish rice. Some stirring needed to avoid sticking, but comparable to my non stick pans or better. The heavy mass of the Dutch oven dissipates heat more evenly.
- The handles get pretty warm / hot during use even on stove top. Thats probably normal, since the pot and two handles are one continuous piece. Not a big deal. The small handle on lid stays night and cool.
- Overall, this feels like a great purchase and will replace a lot of duties I was using various pans for. Time will tell how the durability is.

Just perfect for sourdough baking!
Color: Dark Blue, Size: 6.4-Quart - Deep
This was exactly what we needed for our baker in the kitchen. Cast iron and a great value for the money. Works perfectly well for heating the bread. The blue is perfect for the kitchen too!

Great quality. Easy to clean. Nice appearance.

Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use

Iām 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far itās been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. Itās easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem Iāve had with other brands Iāve tried.
