Cherish- Pion Design Alma’s Sewing Room

I loved working with the new Pion Design collection Alma’s Sewing Room
I chose to work with the purple tones in this collection. It reminds me of an eggplant color: a deep, rich purple color. Its truly beautiful and I loved combining it with silver flowers.

I used a picture of my daughter kissing her bunny Chip. How cute is she???
She is so passionate about her bunny. She takes him out and sits with him on the couch to watch TV. She bathes him and brushes his fur. She loves him so much.
That’s why I used this layout for the Passion Theme at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge for the month of February.

I’m also using this layout for a double joint challenge about love from Get Creative and Scrap and Grab

I cut the purple paper and spread it across the page. Then I added stitch marks along the edges.

I mimicked the pattern of the purple paper with a Martha Stewart stencil. I used gesso and some purple ink for the shape.
