Her gikk hun inn og ut av bandet fra 1973 til 1979. Hun startet sin karriere som vokalist i bandet Leif Sonells. Bandet underskrev en kontrakt med Fredrik Friis' plateselskap Ekko i 1970. Hun medvirket ogs i Melodi Grand Prix 1976, 1979, 1981 (som medlem av gruppen Darlings) og 1982. I 1985 ga hun ut soloalbumet
