I recently attended a seminar with the one and only Anna Dabrowska and I do have to say it was sensational. She is truly talented and inspirational.
This layout was inspired by her class and her techniques. I learned a lot in her class: like how to make these beautiful splatters.

The journaling is written on masking tape at the bottom.
This is my reveal for Creative Scrappers Sketch # 220
Here are some more close-ups. This one is using a chippie from Imaginarium Designs. I painted in black paint.
For the first time I cut out the background around a person’s body. I cut around my son’s face and embedded him into the layout, I’ve never attempted this but I quite like it.
I especially made this layout for my son. The colors match his room perfectly. He is such a special boy. I wanted him to have something too as I mainly make girly layouts!! This layout was also perfect for a challenge at Scrap Africa. The challenge is to dedicate a project to a boy/man. Well this was definitely dedicated to him.
I used 3 different distress stains. Some dry-wall tape and canvas resist pieces from Prima which were stained with the same ink. I also used some glass beads and stamps.
Well my son liked the layout so much he kept it in his room!!
