Merser Double Barrel Rum 70clProduced by Charles Merser & Co., Londons first rum blending house in over a century, this rum brings together rums aged up to 12 years from Barbados, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. After blending, it undergoes a second maturation in ex bourbon and ex Scotch oak barrels for six months, allowing the flavours to meld and deepen. On the nose, it offers an alluring vanilla sweetness with flashes of vibrant tropical fruit and a toasty oak character.
