It has a little bit of weight to it but not so much that it feels heavy, just that you're well aware you're wearing it. I picked up a large and I'm about 5'9 and 175lbs (and 14 neck) - and I feel like I'm swimming in this thing (it's a bit on the bigger side). I'm definitely going to order more, probably several, but will likely drop down to a Medium and see how big a difference it makes. Hopefully it fits better without being too small. Overall, great quality and value - highly recommended (whether for golf, work, or just casual outings).
