ChashakuChashaku (Tea scoop) is used to scoop matcha powder and tea leaves in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony instead of a teaspoon. The slender handle and the small capacity of the spoon can more accurately measure the amount of tea and facilitate the extraction of tea.
