It is finely built, entirely hand sewn with some large insert of broderie anglaise and feston trim. This petticoat is in fine condition, freshly laundered and pressed. Use this product and your skin will be soft. My feet are alligator tough and this helps them immensely if I leave it on over night in socks. Even my toes are rough. This makes it so much better. Be consistent. This size was industrial strength !
