Shabby Chic Altered Canvas Heart

Hi everyone

Its Keren here and I’m back with another project created with the Prima Marketing Amber Moon Collection. This is such a gorgeous collection that I have made three projects with it. This is my third project and I’ve altered a canvas heart frame I bought at target last Valentine’s day.
